Yes. Send clear photographs showing the front, back and side profile of the tile. Include any visible brand names, numbers or markings, as well as approximate measurements.

We can then assess possible matches and tell you whether a suitable profile and quantity are currently available.

Sometimes, but photographs may not be enough to confirm an exact match. Measurements, underside markings and the way the tile interlocks can all be important. In some cases, you may need to bring a sample tile by appointment.

No. Second-hand stock changes constantly, and older or discontinued profiles can be difficult to find. We will confirm the available profile, condition and quantity before arranging an appointment or collection.

Delivery can be arranged across Sydney and the Central Coast, depending on the product, quantity, supplier and destination. Delivery charges and expected lead times will be confirmed in the quote.

Collection may be available from the relevant supplier or, for selected second-hand tiles, from our St Ives location by appointment. We will confirm the correct collection point before you travel.

Yes, but only by appointment. St Ives is not a walk-in retail shop, and most new products are not physically held there. Please call first so we can confirm whether a visit is necessary.
